Night Game Booking Thread Sat 11th September

Safety Brief will start at 8pm with the Games starting from 8.15pm and will run through till 11pm

Members £10 Walk on
Non-Members £15 Walk on

Hire gun charges remain the same and start from £15

Anyone that wishes to stay over is more than welcome as accommodation will be supplied in The Cedars, so please bring sleeping bags with you!

There will be no food provided for this evening, however soft drinks, chocolate and crisps will be available for purchase.

Those staying over must be aware that The Cedars will need to be clear of all your kit by 8am on the Sunday.

Beer o clock 4.45 ish

The site consists of 250,000 sq ft of tunnels and some very cool woodland on top with two entrances

this is one of the most exiting sites wev’e ever opend .

as usual we will have full facilites on site inc stock ,food (inc in price ) etc

usual urban prices £30 non members £25 members this includes food .

Hire is £15 inc all eqipment- gun and mag of bbs .

You will need a torch on this one as some areas are dark and we like it that way .

Pyro after testing a rainge of pyro we are only alowing mk 3s as any other pyro could hurt someone .

BFGS with percution caps not blanks.

AIRSOFT ARMS FAIR – THE GRANGE, COVENTRY

We at First & Only Midlands will have a retailer and information stand at the event in October.

SATURDAY 16TH OCTOBER 2010

AF is an event for Airsofters and people interested in the sport to view a wide range of products all in one place, afterall nothing beats being able to see the item for yourself. At the same time we offer the opportunity for sites and event organisers to tell you about what they have to offer.

Allowing you to book for a MilSim or FilmSim game and acquire everything your missing from your load out all at the same venue.

We also offer the opportunity for private sellers to retail their second user equipment, excess guns and rare and unusual kit. Make sure to check these guys out as theres bound to be some incredible bargains.

There are 3 ticket types available for attendees;

For group bookings we recommend that you contact us by phone on 01676 532384 to reserve your tickets. Bookings can be made between the following times;

Monday 1pm – 6pm, Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 6pm

All ages are welcome, there is no requirement to be UKARA registered to attend. However without a legal defence you will not be able to purchase RIF’s at the event. If you have a legal defence other than UKARA please ensure you contact us by phone or email with the details of your defence so that we can verify it. For example if you are a member of an insured airsoft site that is not part of the UKARA scheme then provide us with the sites contact details so that we can contact them to verify that you are an airsofter.

Please ensure you fill in the UKARA number section on the payment form during checkout, otherwise you will have to wait on the day while we verify you UKARA membership.

If you have a legal defence other than UKARA for the purchase of RIF’s please email us as soon as you have booked with all relevant details so that we can verify it. We will not be able to verify non-UKARA defences on the day.

Asylum 29th August 2010 Open Day

Tea & Coffee is provided all day free of charge and the above green fees include lunch

We will be running a Vietnam Themed Game for this open day

There will not be any major kit requirements, however we will be selecting teams based on what clothing you wear and what AEGs your using.

Vietcong Forces – preferably black clothing or civies, Ak47`s and variants

US Forces – preferably OD or DPM 95 etc and anyone using an M4 variants.

Other guns and camos will be sorted on the day.

Special rules regarding regen/medic will be appied to each side to further enhance the theme of the day.

The VC forces will have multiple regen points to represent there larger forces and the US will have the mechanised vehicle.

The mortors will be in play for this game as well
